Covering for Trump's lies does seem to be a dicey proposition at times. The answer is to win the election, release every scrap of information & let the chips fall where they may.
If you wrote a script for a movie, or series like House of Cards, that mirrored the actual events that have occurred under Trump, and submitted it to studios, networks, and producers. Most would simply block you number and email address, and feed it into a shredder.
