I had marking a particular user profile folder "private" in Windows XP. Due to some reasons I had to reinstall the operating system. Now I can see that specific folder in the "documents and settings" folder but it can not be accessed as I will reinstalling windows, old user profile settings have be deleted and now I don't have rights to access the folder.
I have most important data in this folder in the form of email data base files (.dbx and .pst) and now I am not able to access them.
