I am with Bell Mobility on contract, but they pissed me off so I suspended my line so I wont have to cancel my contract and have to pay penalty fees. ( a contract loop hole they didnt think about) I've also been with Telus for the past 3 years and they have never given me any problems so I was wondering if there was a way to unlock the phone I was using with Bell and set it up on my Telus line.

I know unlocking is possible. However, the Customer Service person I talked to at Telus wouldn't help me with it, which is understandable.. its their job not to do that stuff.

Anyway, I've heard of NOKIA and ways of unlocking them, is it possible with other types of providers and services?

Mine is a Samsung N400

I don't think a N400 has remote unlocking. I think you will need a cable solution. There is not much talk of unlocking a CDMA phone anyways.
