1.does I need to use (or better to use) additional cooling if I unlock pipes (without over clocking in a some thing like standard 6600LE w/ small fan + small heat sink)?

2.does unlocking pipes will heart the VGA??
or it will terminate warranty??

*Gets out a monkey wrench and attacks his radiator*

Pretty easy actually, but try to drain the system first.

Yes, it voids the warranty.

You may be able to continue with your current cooling(stock?)if you just unlocked extra pipes, but if you're going to overclock at all, you should get a vga cooler.

Better safe than sorry, remember.

Try using Rivatuner or something to check your temps before and after unlocking, that should tell you if you need cooling or not.

1. additional cooling is not necessary when you unlock pixel pipelines, HOWEVER, it is highly recommended that you upgrade inadequate cooling system in your video card because it will not provide the necessary cooling to begin with.

2. ANY MODIFICATION to ANY VIDEO CARD will terminate any warranty. If you break it, it's your fault and it's your own money. Sometimes when you don't tell...they might let you go. Just don't do it that often.
