Ok, let me get this right, and please, feel free to correct me.
First, I unlock my DURON by using a mechanical pencil to connect the 4 L1 bridges.
Second, I go into the BIOS and change the multiplier to whatever I think I can overclock to, lets say 9.5 for a Duron 950.
From there, if I need more voltage, do I just adjust it in the bios, or screw w/the other sets of pins on the chip??
Any help is greatly appreciated..
on a side note, if I got some of the non conductive heat sink compund around the die (it got mushed onto some of the pins and surrounding areas when I put the ORB on), will it make the processor falter?? Thanks again.
