unlocking note 2 on 4.3?

Is there anywhere I can get my t mobile note 2 unlocked for cheap? I saw you could do it for free on 4.1 but I can't downgrade via Odin from 4.3 to 4.1 it will not let me do it. Throws a error or soft bricks it every time. I'm looking for a place that people have personally used not some new rip off website.

I want to use the phone on pre paid att since my service at work is terrible with t mobile

Carrier unlocking or bootloader unlocking? Though I don't know the answer to either, but I'd check the XDA forums for that.

I want to use the phone on pre paid att so I need it network unlocked and you linked to the note 3. I know about xda developers. I learned alot from that place, I've cooked my own ROM before.
Just looking for a cheap unlock for this phone

You needed to have 4.1.1 to do it for free. Even 4.1.2 had to be downgraded but could downgrade in 5 minutes.... but 4.3 is a no go back to 4.1.1, so you will need to use a site to pay for a code.

I've used this site a dozen times without issue. Usually cheaper than a lot of others. Alway's get the code within 12 hours in my experience.
