TNT2 ultra [pci] [3dmark 2001 1494]
After i've unlocked the multipier then what do i do?
And if mother board is auto volt detecting with no bios able/disable or manual selection what do i do [for FSB overclocking]

u should have asked this question before you even get the motherboard.
I am not sure whether if your board support multiplier adjustment. If it does, go to BIOS and change the multiplier or FSB.
If the board is auto Voltage detected, then you will have to cut or connect the gold bridge on the CPU according to the spec sheet from AMD.

oh!!!!!!!!

I can happilly overclock it to 930MHz [FSB] but at 944 and 950 it's not so stable and i can to the conclusion that the volts were to low.

so is there no software that will let me change the multiplier?

Your mobo has to change the multiplier. I do not know of any software that lets you change your multiplier.

There's no such thing as software unlocking. It all depends on the motherboard, seems like you are out of luck. Another way is, like I said, modify CPU itself, which I DO NOT recommand to do.

come on theirs always a way to get around minor computing problems isn't there.

you unlocked the multiplier. Now if you want more than 800mhz, you are gonna have to buy a new processor. I have that board btw with a 1ghz CPU in my box. Its an excellent board, super stable, and FSB overclocking is stable up to 117mhz. But it has no multiplier or voltage selectablilty so really at the most you can probably do 940. Maybe pencil in all your L7 bridges to get 1.85 volts and that might be possible

Same Northbridge doesn't mean Motherboard manufacture will implement the unlocking feature!
You have to understand that, like MSI's first Gen. Athlon (SocketA) board, it didn't have the unlocking feature either. Only until Abit came alone and Asus.
There are THREE ways you can do this!! One is like Hans007 said, get a new processor since your MB doesn't have the feature, but I think it's probably out of the consideration for ya.
Second, get a NEW motherboard.
Third, as I mentioned above, modify the CPU itself.
These are the options you really have....
