What do we think about what? It'd be nice to have some quotes about what you mean. I'm not going to go through this guy's entire twitter feed to try and find what you're referencing.

Speaking of, who is this guy? Is he an employee of somewhere that would know such things? I'd just like to know what his source may be. Rumors fly around all the time.
 
It may be that since they are going to more carriers, it wouldn't make sense to make it locked. I mean iPhones in the US don't even work on the 3G bands on T-Mobile (not 100% sure of this).

It would be interesting to see if they will begin to unlock previously sold iPhones.
