I was looking at the stats for this site californiawill.net and under the header "Links from an external page" is this: sitemeter.com

The only thing that I can think of is someone else might be using this to monitor how much traffic my site is getting. Does this make any sense?

Why would someone else care?
 
Did you do a WHOIS to find out details n the other site? Did you go to the other site to check it out? Seems like the 1st two things I would do instead of asking on ATOT.

I guess I am mainly wondering if someone else has the ability to measure traffic at my sites, I don't know that I really care that much.

It just seems that someone would ask me first and that they didn't makes me wonder why.
