Unknown UDP Traffic on my Interface, Sending to Port 30595

I don't know why, but on a whim I decided to try Wireshark and see what traffic was coming across my interface. 95% of traffic is ARP from the local cable network, but 5% of traffic was incoming UDP packets pointing at my port 30595. A google search didn't yield any results, other than some IBM server sockets pdf.

I rebooted and did another set of interface captures, and it seems like I got fewer of these requests, but I still was seeing a handful (< 1%).

IP addresses were:
217.164.132.28 *Dubai
59.48.9.26 *China
86.90.254.217 *Netherlands

D'oh! I just realized I used that Port for Incoming BitTorrent connections (randomized). I should've looked into that further. I guess this means there is some program that thinks I have data they want?

I wasn't using micro-torrent when I did the initial capturing. So I know why they would be accessing that Port, but since I wasn't seeding (and haven't for at least 24 hours), I don't know why they would try to establish a connection now... unless maybe it was in response to a request from me?
