Unknown PCI Devise...any help plz???

I just updated to Win 2000...everything is working great except for the unknown PCI devise that's showing up in the hardware profile. It's showing up as PCI bus 0, device 31, function 3. I have no idea what any of that means. TIA for any help!

Ive had some of those mystery devices show up in Win2k.. I believe they are related to onboard devices like sound controllers that you may have partially disabled in bios.. I just disabled them and had no problems.
