Unknown PCI device keeps installing itself.

Hi guys...
I keep getting an unknown PCI device that tries to install itself in Win2K...but even Win2K doesn't know what it is...that irritating yellow question mark icon appears trying to install itself as a "PCI Device". If I let it, it will have the yellow exclamation mark next to it in Device Manager, signifying that there's some sort of error.

The only PCI devices I have are a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz and a 3COM NIC, both of which already have their drivers installed correctly. What else can be causing the problem?

BTW the mainboard is a Gigabyte GA-8PE667 i845PE board.

Installing the INF Update from the Intel site usually corrects these problems.

I would suggest to do a thorough read of the readme. The install on these must sometimes be followed to the letter to work properly.
