I have an older Mobo that I pulled from a friends machine when I upgraded it. It is a Socket A mobo, w/SDRam, and MATX Formfactor. It currently has a Duron 750 in it, but I was hoping to put a Duron 1300 in it. I'd rather not buy the 1300 if this mobo won't support it. I forgot to write down any BIOS info and was going to install/boot it in another case tomorrow. If THIS looks familiar to any of you, please let me know. There is no silkscreening on the front or back about any Manufacturers name or model name/number. The only ID I see it have is that it says 'T-bird' on the Northbridge Heatsink and has what might be a serial number sticker on the parallel port. I am sure that you can only imagine how many responses one gets when they 'Google': AMD, Motherboard, T-Bird, and SDRam.

Thanks for any help you can give. I hope to get a little more info when I try it out tomorrow. I hope that the POST Screen/BIOS info will give me something more to go on.

Thanks for any help you can give. I know that it is a long shot, but figured that I would try.

Cool thanks. I don't think it was recognized by CPU-Z, but don't quote me on that. It was a while ago when I worked on it before the upgrade, and I just can't remember.

I thank you both for the input. I will certainly try both of those tomorrow before I go to work.

The only pictures of the "K7SEM" motherboards that I can find look very different then the one I posted. If anyone wants a larger picture, I will email it to them. Photobucket.com shrunk the picture I linked to.

Anyway, I will try all of the programs tomorrow. I also understand that most likely, that motherboard won't work with that 1300 Duron. I'll have to figure out something.

Yep, that's an M810. K7SEM v1.0 is a different board, K7SEM 3.0 is the same as M810. Note that M810D is an entirely different board yet again.

Wow! You guys are 'spot-on'! Thanks for the help. Since it most likely won't accept the Duron 1300, I will just sell it with the Duron 750 that is in it now.

Thanks for all of your help.
