Unknown healthy partition recovered in seconds with BootItNG demo

Restoring my C drive with DriveImage 2002 once again resulted in my two NTFS partition becoming unread by the OS (Disk Management saw them as healthy but unknown). Last time this happened I lost a lot of stuff but this time Google led me to a reply where a guy downloaded the demo of BootIt NG, made their floppy disk and rebooted from it. As with him, the utility saw my partition as healthy but unknown and like he had done, all I did was to delete and immediately undelete each unknown partition and , voilà, the partition was fully restored with nothing missing. I rebooted to Windows and XP is back as before.

I am so keeping this demo diskette.🙂
