I'm not downloading your file from Rapidshare, but if you really have just a binary image without any idea of what file system is on it, then you're going to have to get a hex editor and dive into it to try and find out. Once you know, you may be able to find some software to read it.

A quick Google turned this up. Might be worth a shot. Looks like there are some others out there as well.

What kind of file is the image? There are a ton of different apps to open certain image 'file-types'; .img, .ima, .iso...if it's any of those just seach for "App to open .xxx file types".
