Unknown Error 100 - Seti?

I figured it out. I was trying to have the GUI installer dynamically make the user_info.sah file from a user entering their email. Ends up I don't think the E-Mail address is important, it seems to go by the user id, as with the user id blank, it wont flush. I guess anyone using the GUI installer will have to have a valid user_info.sah available during their install until I can figure how to get that info from seti.
