Hi I have 2 unknown device that has yellow flag in device manager and i would like to know if any one has any answer or how to fix this.

My rig
ASUS A8N SLI
4gig ram
-Realtek AC'97 on board ( I installed 6305_vista_PG537)
AMD Athlon Socket 939 3800+ dual x64
os - Windows 7 ultimate

Someone help me please !!!
