All of the sudden this morning our PHP scripts won't send mail any longer, and I can't seem to send mail via mail, mailx, or pine either. Yet, all of the mail() function calls in PHP return true, which means the mail server apparently accepted the message from PHP and should have tried to send it.
I have no idea what mail server software we're running, as its configured by our dedicated hosting company. Is there any way I can test and make sure the mail server is running OK...? Is there any way to find out whats wrong?
Sorry for the slim details and such, the dedicated server hosting company is supposed to deal with stuff like this, but they're not answering their f'ing phone...
