The point is reality of the situation certainly doesn't line up with the presented portrayal of "poor innocent father going to pick up his son and fed up with police profiling".

No, I'm sure most of the prior drug charges are legit. So legit most will never question how the drugs supposedly in the car prior to being pulled over made it in there.

Prior drug charges always mean future drug charges are completely legit right?

The belief that says the officer abused his authority and murdered the man isn't at odds with the perhaps false portrayal you describe.
