Anybody else get this spam mail?

I heard they figure out your email by making random combinations of characters on popular email domains (ie: fh2y@yahoo.com, bwuc@hotmail.com, etc).

Anyway, I set up a rule in Outlook to send messages with 'admissions', and 'non-accredited' to deleted items folder.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work because the spam is very smart. Instead of just plain typing out the text, it uses tables and seperates the characters to defeat these spam blocking programs...

Any ideas on how to setup a rule to block this? Here is part of the source:
