Reminds me of this guy I saw at an open-air range: he brought in a huge-ass revolver (I have no effing idea what the model was, my guess was - a Magnum something) with a rifle sight mounted on it! The thing was, the caliber was so huge, all accuracy went out of the window: that revolver kicked back like a wild horse.

It wasn't a rifle site but it probably looked like one. My guess is it was a .44 magnum.

I've actually seen the opposite. Guy comes into the indoor range with some kind of revolver with a scope on it, proceeds to move the target all the way to the back wall and started shooting 1" groups. Guy must've been a hitman or something because he looked like a poindexter at first, then silently went about his business, all the while picking up his brass and placing them neatly back in his case.
