Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller - No Drivers

I am working on a system and in the device manager "Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller" has a yellow exclamation point on it. I don't know what drivers to try and install or where to go. I've installed the motherboard CD. any help?

Go back to the mobo driver CD and look again.

If no help, then reveal the Motherboard and maybe somebody has it.

The motherboard is Intel D865PERL

I have checked the mobo driver CD and nothing! The weird thing is that when I start the computer, and have a USB device plugged in (like an ipod) then it gives juice to the ipod (shows the "do not disconnect"). However, as soon as it gets into windows, it won't work.

It could be a USB 2.0 controller, which won't work if you don't have service pack 1 or service pack 2 installed with windows XP..
