Universal Retention Modules

I was wondering how to unclip the universal retention modules on a Slot 1 based mobo so that I can remove the slotket. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

uh either its screwed on or it is punched down
so do the reverse and u will get it out
or u can bend the clips
