Are there any universal remotes out there that will control a Dish Satellite receiver?

Trying to find one for my parents to condense their plethora of remotes...

Cheaper the better.
 
Sony VMR-900L is 100% learnable, ~$100CAD, great if you have the original remotes. The best remote i've ever bought (not having bought the multu-hundred $$ crazy ones...)

One For All Cinema series seem to me to have the best range of compatibility, usually a lot cheaper than the sony. Great if you don't have the original remotes.
 
i could get smacked for this, but

when i had satellite (Hughes silver edition receiver), I used that remote to control everything else.
