i have 2 netbooks:

i want to have a laptop charger at my parents place but don't want to buy 2 separate chargers.

Does a universal charger exist?

Yes they exist. But why leave it at your parents home? I have always had a "travel" charger for my Lenovos, and it stays in my travel bag. The one in my house stays in my house. If you have one at your home and one at your parent's, you have bought two chargers, no?

My second charger is ready to go anywhere I go.

Best Buy or Newegg will have a couple different ones to choose from. Just checkout reviews before deciding.

You can also use a standard Euro-US adapter commonly available in any travel store. Make sure the A/C part is good for 110-240 VAC range.

Make sure what you buy provides equal or more wattage than your current adapters. For instance my Dell Precision M4700 runs like a dog throttled to .8Ghz on a 90W adapter, runs great on its shoe box sized 200 something watt brick.

Sure, you could, but unnecessarily daisy-chaining adapters isn't a great idea when the cord is standard and the OP most likely has a suitable one already.
