Doubtful. Alabama is just now getting over the sanctions and probation. This is the first year they've been able to do a full 85-man roster and even then they are having problems because of lack of experienced talent/depth at some positions...especially on the OL and now the LBs and DBs this year.

Still, the scuttlebutt on Price was that his efforts at recruiting during his brief time on campus was sort of lackluster. Didn't make alot of effort at building relationships with high school coaches. There are lots of complaints about Shula over the last couple of years but recruiting isn't one of them.

The greatest move Tubs ever made at Auburn was hiring Borges as the offensive coordinator.

Shula gets a pass from me until next year. He should have the depth, talent, and experience for the 2007 and 2008 seasons. He's going to have to be competing for the SEC and National Championships then.

He shutup after that and everyone clapped when i finished telling the old coot off.

There's a huge difference in what's expected between the two sections. While a student, I heard things like "I'm gonna eat your kids," "Nice shooting, i love you," "Eat a dick, Kapono" and so forth, in the student section...

In the alumni section, I don't feel like saying anything because there are fans above 60 and tons of kids...

You're right about the section part. You've got alumnis and older people in that section, they go to enjoy a game, not listen to some nitwit scream at the top of her lungs. There's a difference between cheering and being obnoxious and she obviously didn't get that. I'm sure the people she was bothering didn't feel comfortable approaching her about it because they probably thought if she's that loud she might have a temper too. Difficult situation. If it was me sitting next to her I'd try and break it to her gently that she was making me deaf in one ear, lol. If she started kicking my ass so be it.

Yep...that's pretty much why I posted this. Not to start the back and forth of team barbs but because I had never heard of an Athletic Dept calling up a fan and telling them to be quiet. I put up two Alabama fans that I know from personal experience that are pretty annoying but this lady must be miles worse. Most of the time, people (especially the older Alumni) at Alabama games have no problems telling others to sit-down and/or be quiet.
