I guess its better for the INS to go after the easy targets. It sounds like this kid would be 100% legal, except for some paperwork. Its a damned technicality! Make his step-grandfather fill out the paperwork and let this poor kid back to school. He's being treated like a common criminal and he's not even at fault.

Why don't they go after some of the illegal immigrants, who knowingly break the law here and aren't a technicality away from being legal? Oh, that's right, that would be hard work and Wally-world might get upset.

thats what he gets for trying to be legal. had he just walked across the border and told people he was born here nobody would bother him.
