There's not much to it. The texture is more tender than your typical meat, and it doesn't have the striations of the muscle fibers. The taste is very very mild. No pungent aroma or anything. It's not "wet" or "juicy" or anything.

Just as we suspected. FBB likes him some ballz. :whiste:

well, white fence farm is.. but casa bonita is an experience. (and the sopapillas are good)

white fence farm is unique but you pay premium for family style fried chicken that is medicore at best, in fact popeyes chicken is better in my book... i went once and when i saw the prices, i was like, umm yea this is going to hurt.

casa bonita has the worst mexican food you will ever have but its not the food you go there for.
