Unions have outlived their usefullness. Just my opinion of course. It's too late to elaborate.

I don't beleive employers can legally force you to join a union in California.

yeh, i had a summer job once where i had to pay union dues, even though, as a temporary employee, i received no benefit from the union.

<--- recently worked in auto industry. despises the uaw.

it was like 30 fees, 80 initiation, rest in taxes and stuff
