Over the years, I have become leery of installing random apps just to try them out because when you uninstall them, they leave tons of files scattered across your file system and lots of junk in the registry. I am not sure if what is left behind affects system performance but I can say for certain, the uninstaller DOES NOT uninstall them to the point that they never existed on the system.

My question is, do Store apps uninstall any cleaner than desktop apps? In a perfect world, I would like them to be erased 100% without a trace of them ever having been there.
