Uninstalling Win2k?

I am currently running win2k pro and I want to upgrade to server, but the install thing said I cant. I really dont want a 3rd OS on my system(Im currently dual booting win98 and win2k pro). Is there anyway I can remove win2k so I can just put server on(while not having to reformat or anything)? Or is my best bet to just do a triple boot? Is there anything I should watch out for?
thanks,
-doug

Reformat the partition that 2k is on from inside 98 and then fdisk /mbr to remove the boot loader? Not sure about that I'm just throughing it out, someone please tell me if that's a viable way to remove 2k. I was thinking about how to do it the other day and that's a quick way that I thought of.

I cant reformat the partition that win2k is on, because win98 and win2k share a partition. I had so many nightmares when I had seperate partitions - my PC kept crashing when I'd move files between partitions. So, could I just install win2k server as a 3rd OS? Could I delete my Win2k Pro files from inside Windows and then fdisk my master boot record?
thanks,
-doug

Bigshooter,
That is what I came to find out. So how do I get rid of pro? Can I get rid of it? Or do I just make another OS install so now I have a triple boot system?
thanks,
-doug
