Uninstalling programs not found in WinXP automated process

it'd probably be a few days for a reimage so I'm trying to reconfigure this machine without the hassle. I've run into two problems in regards to removing software specifically Filezilla and OCLC Passport. Neither is mentioned in the dialog for removing programs provided by WinXP. What do I need to delete to remove these programs i.e. files, registry entries, folders, etc. How can I ascertain if any files are being used by other programs?

FYI, Passport is no longer supported by OCLC.

First i'd start by going into your program files folder and looking for each program's folder and seeing if they have an uninstaller in there. Sometime they dont put themselves up on the Add/Remove section in the cp but they are still accompanied by an uninstaller.

Filezilla was installed via the network, wasn't part of a download it seems.

The other program doesn't have a folder....just a link to the program beneath the folder listings.
