Uninstalling PixVue

I installed this program to test it out to simply see some exif data, little did I know that it would completely start pissing me off. Little things such as when I open a file in photoshop it will create a .xmp file. It also slows the loading of my thumbnails in windows explorer. Not to mention it created it 2 things "PixVue" and "Annoate" on my right click menu.

I've tried everything to my knowledge to get rid of it. Add/Remove programs wouldn't let me remove it, so I finally stopped the service from administration tools and it finally let me, but it is still on there!!! I've ran registry cleaners in hope it was just stuck in my registry, no luck.

I'm running out of ideas and getting beyond frustrated, please help!

How about System Restore, do you have a Restore point that would take you back to before you installed it?

Try uninstalling in Safe Mode.

I tried this and it still gives me the same error. It's uninstalled now, but it is still in my toolbar (right click menu) and still shows up in picture files
