Uninstalling PixVue

I'm getting sick of this. I want this program off my computer and I can't do it. I have tried everything from registry fixers to running the repair option on the program and then trying to uninstall. I've tried from safe mode, etc.

I get the following message every single time

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

I don't have any other issues uninstalling programs, so obviously this is a lie. It's something to do with this program and how it embeds itself in Windows Explorer. Any ideas?
