uninstalling net inteligence

i have this on my comp and require it to be removed but have forgotten the password,,,, and install email...is it possible to do this????

Not sure from your description whether you have Netintelligence with or without "home access." From their site:

Uninstall Netintelligence

To uninstall Netintelligence, go to your Windows Control Panel and select Remove a Program (Add or remove programs on Windows XP). From here a list should be shown of Programs that are installed on your Computer. Select Netintelligence from the list and uninstall.

Once the uninstall process has finished, please restart your computer.
