Uninstalling an OS

Currently I have Win 98 and Win 2k dual booting through the Microsoft boot menu thing and i want to uninstall Win2k any idea of how I go about doing this? Can i just delete all the files from within Win ME?
 
well if they are on seperate partitions you can format the disk...that would do it... 🙂
