Uninstall then reinstall?

My Pc has a Connect 3d Radeon 9800 pro inside it, which is running on the default drivers that came with the machine (Catalyst 3.4). My question is this: if I want to upgrade to the latest 3.6 drivers, would my best option be to first uninstall the 3.4 drivers and then install the 3.6, or should I just install over the top?
