I've just started downloading this benchmark, I doubt it's gonna be much faster then 680, maybe 25%.

Unigine is probably reading it wrong, it was showing my 660 at 1299. The boost clock predicted by GPU-Z is very conservative. With GPU-Z running, select the sensor tab, click the down arrow for GPU core clock and select highest reading for actual boost clock.

Screwed to the limits in every direction . GTX 660s in SLI, CPU@54x100/1.45V, GPUs@1282/1650, Score=2863, FPS=68.4.
