UniBrain FireNet 2.2 not working

I have a computers both use 10/100 as well as both have 1394 PCI Cards and Cable.. some how I cannot transfer as it keeps showing up errors. Aplied the patch 2.2 of unibrain... Control panel and protocls are all correct with NeBuei and TCP/IP protocols installed. Why cannot transfer. Surely I believe if this works it will be great 400mbps instead of 100mbps..
