uni credits in israel good in canada?

I'm trying to find out if credits that were earned in an Israeli University can be used in Canadian universities. Specifically University of Toronto and York University. Which department at the university would I contact about this? Is there any information online for these universities about this as well?

I would say there's a good chance. Try contacting the office of the registrar at York or UofT

They're both good schools. I wish I'd gone there instead of McMaster.
