Unhandled exceptions with t-bird 1.33, temps to high?

When I run my t-bird 1.33 and play any games I get these Unhandled Exception errors and my system shuts down. And it runs at about 50C to 55C. When I run it at 1 ghz i have no problems. I Currently have a AMD reccommended Coolermaster EP5-6I11-A HSF. Does anybody have a clue if this is a Temp problem or what?
