Unhandeled Exception???

When my buddy starts his computer and windows xp pro loads, he gets this message in a dialogue box...

Unhandeled Exception
Unhandeled Exception: c0000005
At Address: 100016b8

What is this and why does it keep coming up?

You can look in the EVENT LOG to see if it gives a
clue as to which application is causing the error.

Programs most likely to cause the error are Antivirus,
Media/DVD Players, Pop-up killers.
