Unformat a Formated Hard Drive ????

Can this be done ?

If so, What software ?

Drive is Fat 32 formated before and after....

if you just want the partitions to be eliminated, just delete them

sounds like windows, so just do a reboot w/ win9x boot disk and run fdisk, then delete parts. if you're bored you can do a low-level, although there'd really be no reason to in ordinary cases

If you want to recover data, you could give a shot at tiramisu or other drive recovery programs, which are usually partially (but generally NOT completely) successful...

Have you defraged the hard drive or repatitioned yet? If the answer to both questions is no then go to the recycle bin if it is a second drive you deleted then click on the drive and restore it. It is possible to do this. I have had to do this once on a friends machine. Good luck

I use an app that was included in BootIt called Pdisk. I could never undo a Linux partition, except with Pdisk.
