my computer faced unfinish start up process, it reached wallpaper, but no icon at tray, when i double clicked icon on the desktop, it wouldn't work, there's a sand clock when i move the cursor on the start button. below are what i have been done to try solve the problem.
1. soft reseted, sometimes it work out but i need to do soft reset so many times before it works fine.
2. soft reseted then boot in safe mode, sometimes it works sometimes need to do more restart.
3. i reinstall the windows, for early use, it works fine, but after that, it will face same problem.
anyone help me please..

2. Mushkin ddr2 512 gb
3. DFI Infinity VGA onboard
4. HDD 80 GB
