Unexpected error when starting Web Server in XP

Looking for a little bit of assistance here... I want to use Remote Desktop w/ XP, so I installed IIS w/ the web server, but when I try to start the web server from inetmgr, I get "Unexpected error 0x8ffe2740 occurred."

Anyone have any ideas?

Sorry, I don't have an answer to your question, but I have a quetion of my own for your: WinXP includes IIS? I was under the impressions (possibly incorrectly) that winXP did not include IIS. Your experience shows that it does?

Yep. Just goto Add/Remove programs, Install Windows Components (or something like that), and IIS will be listed there.
