I was working two jobs for a while and I recently got laid off from one. I still have the part time job but that is not enough to pay current bills. Am I still able to draw unemployment or is that a big no>
think it's called a fraud, and fraud against the govt prolly won't get you too far..
from my experience (in michigan) say you make $100 a week from your other job, you'll have to deduct half of your earnings from your elligible pay. so say your unemp was supposed to be $200 a week. if you get $100 from your other job, you'll have to deduct half of that, so $50, so you'll end up getting $150 in your benefits.
dun know if that was a bit confusing for you or not, but if you you have a specific question, you can pm me.
