$10 a hour and all the free golds ingame. How do they expect anyone to survive in Irvine, CA on $10 a hour? No wonder all the golds being sold in game are done by the game master.

Description:
Volt is currently seeking Game Masters for a TOP Video and PC Gaming Company in the city of Irvine. The successful candidates will be providing online gaming support to customers within a multi-user game through a chat client. These individuals will serve as the direct link between the gaming company and its global users. We have immediate openings for 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts. If you are a Video/PC game enthusiast, with the flexibility to work various shifts, which may include occasional overtime, weekends and holidays, we want to hear from you! Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have excellent customer service, typing and communication skills. Must have a passion for games. Prior experience in a similar role for a MMORPG is a plus, but not required. Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Pay Rate: $10.00 Hourly + free WoW account.

I don't think I could control myself with all the whiney teens. I'd probably last a few hours before giving in and making a sarcastic retort to some rediculous question.
 
I would ban everyone in FoH and all those "elite raider" guild and then quit and go back to my normal job at Burger King as the head fry guy.
 
good christ... 10 dollars an hour... they just depend on these kids that play WoW for 15 hours straight.. ridiculous.

With NO BENEFITS@! They use a temp agency to hire the gamemaster. A pizza driver is better off than a MMORPG GameMaster.
 
Eh, if they would let you play from anywhere, I'd definitely do it part time. If I'm already on WoW rockin it, why can't I answer some snot-nosed questions when it's my turn in the queue.

A step up from normal customer-service/phone-support, as it's all Text; you can scream at will and you don't even have it hit mute!

Depends when the shifts are. Back when I was in college, there were some days I didn't have any classes at all.
