Undetermined motherboard Manufacturer(????)

Hello All,
I recently recieved a MOBO and processor from a friend. The board has no manufacturer markings that I can tell.
The Bios is American Megatrends.
I'm only needing this info for the onboard Lan and Onboard Sound. I have been pulling my hair out trying every disk I have with various drivers, simply to no-avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeh, The Processor is an Anthlon 1400.

Thanks for the quick replies all.
I finally found the info. I downloaded the mother board tool kit and was able to ID the bios thus getting board info and drivers.

It was PCChips/ECS, it always is.
