A little background on myself. I am a Network Administrator and understand the benefits of RAID on a server.
I am going to be building a new home pc soon using the ASUS P4P800 and a SATA Drive.
I currently have a ASUS P4S533 with one IDE HDD. Runs great.
However, when building a home PC for gaming, I am unclear as to what the actual benefits of SATA RAID are. Please keep your comments as simple as possible.
