Understanding Memtest 3.0

I ran Memtest3.0 on my new PC. Memory passed no problem. But I still have a few questions.

system - Asus A7N8X Dlx Rev2.0 Bios 1003/"Barton" 2500+/Corsair 2x256MB 3200/

On the right side under Memtest 3.0 it says 2194 Mhtz what is this?
L1 Cache- 128 but l2 Cache - unknown? I thought that the Bartons have 256MB cache.
